We establish the needs

In this phase, we will define not only the executive profile we need but also why we need it at this moment. What is the company's situation, mission, purpose, and objectives and how we can communicate with the talent market, considering specific situations like confidentiality.

We also conduct an analysis to determine if the defined profile has a comparable counterpart in the market or if we need to develop a more complex search strategy.

We will contact our network of executives, as well as our contacts in business schools, to identify potential candidates interested in a project with characteristics similar to ours. Additionally, these contacts will activate theirs until we find the ideal person.
